Sunset Seniors Social Club is an Adult Day Care specifically tailored by a Physical Therapist Assistant and an Occupational Therapist Assistant to meet the individual needs of our participants. Our unique program is designed to help maintain the independence of our seniors by providing and encouraging them with functional and challenging activities which enhance physical, cognitive, and social skills. Our trained staff strives to provide a safe, nurturing and caring environment; they are committed to establishing lasting and rewarding relationships with our participants and their families as well.
